How To Download Embroidery Designs To Computer

  

If you have successfully downloaded an embroidery design to a location on your computer, you can locate it there, and send it to your CD at that point. This illustration uses Windows 10: If your design is in your 'downloads' folder, you can open the downloads folder and use the copy function to move it to your CD. Download Later If you do not want to download the designs right away, you can return at a more convenient time on any computer and download your designs as often as you need to in as many different formats that you need. Save the design in your machine format to embroider; Note: You can also use the BROWSE tab, to navigate to other folders on your computer that contain embroidery designs. Once you have located a design folder, then click on the DESIGN tab and you will be able to view all the designs in that folder. If your embroidery machine has a USB port that attaches to your computer, such as the SE400, HE240, LB6800 PRW, you can download embroidery patterns from your computer and save them in the machine’s memory. To transfer designs directly from Horizon Link to the MC120000 1. Connect your computer and the MC12000 using a USB cable. Power on and select the Embroidery mode on your machine. At computer, open Horizon Link. Select Embroidery Edit icon. Click on the View Embroidery icon. On the right side of the screen is your computer.

Follow the instructions below to transfer patterns

1. Prepare embroidery data on the computer by observing the precautions

2. Insert the USB media into the USB port on the computer

3. The Removable Disk icon can be found in Computer (or My Computer) on your PC, as shown in the image below.

4. Copy the embroidery data (folders and/or pattern files).

5. Safely remove the USB media from the USB port on the computer.

Before disconnecting the USB media, click the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon int he taskbar of Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8. Then, when the removable disk can safely be removed, disconnect the USB media from the computer.

6. Insert the USB media into the USB port on the machine.

7. Press .

- Folders and/or pattern files in the root directory of the USB media are displayed.

-Names of folders are displayed first in the shape of in alphabetical order.

-.pes files and then .dst files are displayed in the shape of in alphabetical order.

Embroidery Designs

If the message “Reduce the number of patterns appears, the USB media may contain either more than 200 patterns (including folders) or the embroidery designs may contain too many colors (although there may be no more than 200 patterns). In this case, unplug the USB media from the machine, plug it back into the computer, and then delete a few patterns at a time from the USB media. Close the error message on the machine, and then repeat procedures starting from step 6.
