Ok, here it comes, could not wait (everything I think about when browsing through my game is RH) and this lot does not need RH classy build objects.
It´s a dive bar hidden in the basement of a repair shop (if you consider to play Roaring Heights as city of the Roaring Twenties with prohibition around).

Commercial lot (Type Dive Bar) with 2 NL bars, NL instruments (piano, bass, drums)in the basement.
Size: 20x20
Items: No cc but Store and some EPs and SPs, I would recommend the Cars Stuff Pack and Ambitions to make the lot look right. In the backyard should be enough space to place the coming Premium Item Car, which you can fix.
Enjoy and if I come home early from work tomorrow, I will start the destillery (Necatrium) hidden in a toy fabric .

I converted the Clean Your Plate Diner to The Seasid Coffee House. I really see this town as a Showtime/Late Night type of town. I am going to be spending a lot of time converting the Hangouts to Clubs and/or Venues in my Roaring Heights.

Very nice builds. Thank you for putting up this site. I was browsing online looking at 20's and 30 style homes and building. One thing stood out was Franklin Lloyd Wright, he build some wonderful homes in that era. They would go perfect in RH.
